With two weeks to go to finals in the Under 15 comp we had a good win over the Slappers. The 12s could not repeat their recent good form and went down by 43 runs to Fighting Stingrays.

Batting first we made 147 - with Thomas and Josh making 67, Brandy and James 34, Cara and Donna 34 and Brandi and Johnny 12.
We bowled and fielded well with their first partnership scoring 33, second 4, third minus 4 and final 45.

They passed us in the third pair and stayed ahead to finish with 120.

The junior (u12s) have had two wins over recent weeks - we beat Flapjacks 128 to 65 - with Kelly and Hannah opening with 28, Eben and Ethan 29, Nikky and Emily 29 and James and Jesse 51.

This week we had a far tighter game against Lil Rippers.  We made 118 (Kelly and Hannah 22), Eben and Ethan 30, Nikki and Emily 23 and Jesse and James 43.)  They started well with 39 for the first pair 23 for the second (69 at the half way mark), 29 for the third and needed 28 from the last pair.  Half way through the second over they were 105 (needing 13 off 12), but we took wickets regularly to keep them to 106.  Eben's fielding in the final two overs was great with two run outs and a catch.

The seniors went down again to Sharks.  We welcomed Liam Mason and Jordan for his first game and welcomed back Josh DeHues and Daniel Bruce.  (We wish Rachael a speedy recovery from her wrist injury.)

We made 60 Jordan and Cara 13, Liam and Addison 9, Josh and Daniel 26 and Thomas and Brandi 12.  They kicked off well with 52 and eventually ended up with 98.

The Seniors opened with a 31 run partnership between Rachael and Donna, Brandi and Cara made 16, brothers Thomas and James 22 and guest players Aiden and Daniel 46.  We held them to 72 into the last partnership - four wickets to Donna in her two overs held them to 12 for the last pair.
