We had 10 players in the two state teams which went away in early July.

Our representatives in the Indoor 18 and under SA team were: Jess O’Reilly and Kylie Rattray (co captains) Courtney Brideson, Donna Clark, Rachel Greenshields and Cara Allen
The SA girls beat Queensland in a nail biting Grand Final to be
crowned Junior Nationals for 2012!! The interview with Jess and Kylie and their

Jess and Kylie were named in the Australian All Stars 18 and under
team for 2012.
Indoor 16 and under SA team from Stingrays: Brittany Miller
(captain) , Chloe Lyons and Kayla Staszuk
The SA girls lost in the Grand Final to NSW. Girls played
extremely well.
Donna Clark was selected in the 16 and under Australian team to play in the
World Cup in October in South Africa.
Open Ladies SA team from Stingrays: Kylie (vice captain) Jess and Courtney travel to Melbourne on
Saturday 21st to participate in Nationals.
Kylie Rattray has been offered a Scorpions “rookie” contract which means she will train with the state team. She joins Tahlia McGrath who was in a similar situation this time last year. (Tahlia has a full state contract this year and trained with the Australia A squad in May.
