The B grade finished their T20 season in grand style with a
crushing eight wicket win over Port.
We won the game with all wickets in hand after Hannah
Armstrong 37 no and Brandi Ongley 34 no (PB) passed the Port score with 16
balls to spare.
The Port innings was highlighted by a Kelly Armstrong hat
trick (her SECOND FOR THE SEASON) finishing the Port innings with four wickets
in five balls.
Port’s batting was led by former state player Carolyn
Johnstone who carried her bat for 53 no of 85.
The As game was washed out giving us 7.5 points against
second side TTG / Northern .
This week’s T20 game against Port is very important. A win will put us back on top and guarantee
us a spot in the T20 final at Adelaide Oval on March 3.
We wish Tahlia, Kylie and Tabitha all the best in Ballarat
for the Under 18 Nationals in January.
