Congratulations to Dayna who scored her 1,000 run for
Southern over the weekend. Her top score
is 58 and has been involved in two 100 run opening partnerships with Jess O’Reilly.
She was not involved in the first win for the C grade that
season but joined us for the 3rd win.
She made four and took a wicket in the C grade premiership and was captain of our T20
premiership last year.
Dayna was part of the C grade
premiership 10 years ago – having played some Scorpion Cup games in the
previous season. She joined us from
Happy Valley Primary where she had played in the senior boys team with brother
Cody.
